Grass fed, grass finished bison!

This is to use buy now, pay later for 1/2 fall bison harvest. The bison will not be harvested until OCTOBER-DECEMBER. The bison meat will be available in November 2026-January 2027. 

You will not pay a deposit and a balance like usual. This is the total cost of the 1/4 bison.

First come, first served. The earlier you complete your order, the earlier you get your bison.

Meat will be ready for pickup approximately 3 weeks after the butcher date. This is 100% grass fed, grass finished bison. Fall bison harvests are 2 1/2 year old bison bulls.

You can expect ~170-200lbs of packaged meat.

You can customize your 1/2 bison. I will send you a cut sheet when we get close to butcher :)

Delivery available to Missoula area, or you can pick up from the ranch. Shipping available.

Vacuum sealed, individually packaged. 

Bone in rib steaks, T-bones, sirloin steaks: 1" thick

Tenderloins: 2" thick

Roasts (arm, chuck, sirloin tip, bottom round) 2-3lbs

Flank, Skirt, Brisket in 1/4s

Osso bucco

Soup bones

Ground bison in 1lb packages
