Grass fed, grass finished bison!
This is to use buy now, pay later for 1/4 fall bison harvest. The bison will not be harvested until OCTOBER-DECEMBER. The bison meat will be available in November 2026-January 2027.
You will not pay a deposit and a balance like usual. This is the total cost of the 1/4 bison.

First come, first served. The earlier you complete your order, the earlier you get your 1/4 bison.
Meat will be ready for pickup approximately 3 weeks after the butcher date. This is 100% grass fed, grass finished bison. Fall bison harvests are 2 1/2 year old bison bulls.
You can expect ~85-100lbs of packaged meat.
If you'd like to customize your bison, you'll have to order 1/2. Otherwise, 1/4s will be processed using our standard cut sheets.
Delivery available to Missoula area, or you can pick up from the ranch. Shipping available.

Vacuum sealed, individually packaged.
Bone in rib steaks, T-bones, sirloin steaks: 1" thick
Tenderloins: 2" thick
Roasts (arm, chuck, sirloin tip, bottom round) 2-3lbs
Flank, Skirt, Brisket in 1/4s
Osso bucco
Soup bones
Ground bison in 1lb packages
1/4 Fall Bison
All orders ship via UPS the Monday/Tuesday following your order (unless you are pre-ordering).
Boxes are insulated with 2" foam and packed with dry ice.
To have shipping costs included in your payment plan, please choose the correct product variant. Any shipping time greater than UPS 3 day ground is not available, you must choose the next day air option. Orders are shipped out of Missoula, MT.
