Grass fed, grass finished bison!

This is to use buy now, pay later for 1/4 spring bison harvest. The bison will not be harvested until JUNE. The bison meat will be available in July 2026. 

You will not pay a deposit and a balance like usual. This is the total cost of the 1/4 bison.

Please let me know if you prefer June 8th or June 22nd for your butcher date. Meat will be ready for pickup approximately 3 weeks after the butcher date. This is 100% grass fed, grass finished bison. Spring bison harvests are 2 year old bison heifers that have not been through a breeding cycle. These 1/4s will be smaller than our fall bull harvests. 

You can expect ~65-80lbs of packaged meat.

If you'd like to customize your bison, you'll have to order 1/2. Otherwise, 1/4s will be processed using our standard cut sheets.

Delivery available to Missoula area, or you can pick up from the ranch. Shipping available.

Vacuum sealed, individually packaged. 

Bone in rib steaks, T-bones, sirloin steaks: 1" thick

Tenderloins: 2" thick

Roasts (arm, chuck, sirloin tip, bottom round) 2-3lbs

Flank, Skirt, Brisket in 1/4s

Osso bucco

Soup bones

Ground bison in 1lb packages
